Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange My messages appear in 12 pt on screen but when i print them they appear in 16 pt. How do I set Entourage to print in 12 pt?

Open Preferences under Entourage in the Menu bar. Select Fonts and set
the font size for printing.

Thanks for your response. I did what you suggested that and nothing changed. I even switched the "Printed Items" font to 10 pt, and it still printed in 16 pt.

You can try copy/paste into a text document and set the size there.
