When generating mail merge letters from queries or reports, I often print an envelope directly from the inside address in the letter. In my query and report design, Times New Roman is always the font used. However, after I've created a mail merge and try to print an envelope from a particular letter, the font shown on the screen is Albertus Medium (bottom of window states it is a Truetype font. After changing to Times New Roman (it is terribly bothersome to have to do this each time) and setting it as a default, the font still reverts back to Albertus Medium when another merge is performed
Using a merge for envelopes results in Times New Roman but, I still need to have Times New Roman as my default for merges, etc. How can this be accomplished? Thanks for any information.
