FONT TOO SMALL

One of my coworkers emails are incredibly hard to read because the size of
the letters onscreen is so small. Her other Microsoft program files also
appear small (Word, Excel). It must be a system setting that needs to be
adjusted, but we can't find it.

Ideas?
