Hi - I need to use a certain font from MSWord 2000 to match up certificates
of award. This font(s) is not in my current version - MS Word 2003. Is there
a way to transfer and use this font? I have my older computer where this
font is installed on MS Word 2000.

I do not know how to install or transfer this font.

THank you.

All of your fonts are located in C:\WINDOWS\FONTS, assuming a standard
Windows installation.
Go to that folder, click on the font you want to transfer, then select Edit,
then Copy.
Right click somewhere else on your PC (such as your Desktop), then select
Paste.
The font files are very small, so you should easily be able to copy it to a
floppy disk or attach it to an e-mail message.
Once the font file has been saved on the new PC (again the Desktop is fine),
go to the Fonts folder, select File, then select Install New Font. Browse to
the location of the file, then select the font. Be sure to also check Copy
Fonts To Fonts Folder.
Click OK.

Thank you so much!! This sounds very "doable" for me!! I'll do this as soon
as I return from out of town.
I really appreciate this!
