Fonts appear different

The user is using Word 97 with SP2 installed. When she
trys to open a document, the fonts are much bigger and all
the settings are not aligned collectly. We then try
another Word97(another PC) and the fonts read correctly
with the correct alignment. Your help is greatly
appreciated. Thanks

What is the Zoom ratio? Is the "Draft font" option checked (Tools | Options
| View)?

Sorry, where can I find "draft font" in Word97? It has
nothing to do with zoom. Both PCs have the same settings
in Word97, exactly identical, but when you open this
particular document, one pc shows all the font types and
sizes and alignments are correct. However, the other pc
displays the characters much bigger but fonts are the
same. Help

Draft font is on the View tab of Tools | Options in Word 97, but only for
Normal view. Are you sure the display settings in Windows are the same (same
resolution, for example)?
