Hi,
I realize that I posted a similar question a while back; however, I think I
may know why it keeps changing. But, I do not know how to resolve the
problem.
I have these options set:
Under Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Compose in this message format (HTML)
Then both of my check boxes are marked for
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to red Rich Text e-mail mails
I do not have any stationery picked and am just wanting to use a general
font, like Century Gothic as opposed to Cosmic Sans MS.
Now, if I take the check boxes off for using Microsoft Office to edit my
e-mail messages, then my fonts stay. However, I love using Microsoft Office
to edit my messages; I have always used this feature. But as soon as I close
Outlook 2003 I lose my settings.
Is this a reoccurring problem for everyone? I have the same problem at home
and at work! Any help would be much appreciated.
