fonts error

I am facing a problem in ms-office from last few
days.In this case i reinstall the ms-office but no problem sort out.After a
take a backup of one system & again reinstall the OS.After installing the
winxp update the pc by all xp patches & virus definations.After that when
installed msoffice all fonts are come but after restarting the pc all fonts
misplaced from ms-word panel.When i worked in Admin Account then in excel
all files opened as usual,on the other hand when i using user account then
i am not able to see any excel sheet.

Pls look into this matter,beacuse daily user firing at me.

Hi Sam

To be able to see fonts in Word, you have to choose a default printer driver
that is not the Generic/Text Only one. Word shows only the fonts supported
by the selected printer.

The Excel problem is something else. You'll have to ask the question in an
Excel newsgroup.
