fonts that change after saving a presentation

somtimes, when I save a presentation, the fonts seem to change from ariel to
times new roman. itryed changing them in the slidemaster but it doesnt seem
to help.

how do I overcome that bug?

Which version of PowerPoint are you using? Was the template for this
presentation created in an older version of PowerPoint? Was the presentation
or the template created on a Mac and you are using it on a PC or vice versa?

Im using the 2003 version. the problem occurs mostly when clients (that use
the 2000 ver) recive presentations i send them via mail, but somtimes even if
i created the template in 2003 ver and open it on a different computer with
PPT 2003- the fonts can change.
No macs around.
