FONTS USE ISSUE

J

John Harrison

I keep getting the same messages:

Microsoft Entourage or Excel wants to us the font ³Cambria² on the volume
³johnharrison².

This font is not installed Allow Microsoft Excel to use this font?

I then check the box do not ask me again and click on Allow.

This message continues to repeatedly pop up and for many of the other fonts
as well even after
I click allow and do not ask me again????

I have also clicked show in in finder button and see all of these fonts are
in a folder I have been using
to build a Iweb site so is there a way to add these fonts to a default
location to avoid these constant pop up messages?

A

Alex

I get the same messages

I run:
FontAgent Pro 3.3.2

Mac OS X 10.5.8 (9L30)

Microsoft Entourage.app: 12.2.4
Microsoft Excel.app: 12.2.4
Microsoft Word.app: 12.2.4
Microsoft PowerPoint.app: 12.2.4

And the volume is trying to use is an external drive that I use for backups and extra storage.

Are you using font software to disable certain fonts? Is the volume
?johnharrison? your main boot drive?

What version of Office are you using including any updates?
