I want to insert text of a different font, bold, & italics into an existing text
document, but it won't stay where I set it when I move to a different location in the body of the text. How can I pemanently reset it for the new inserted text?

one that is totally unrelated & has been dead for nearly 4 months.

Submit a NEW message & provide all particulars about your Office & OS X
update levels as well as a more thorough description of how you're trying to
go about what you're doing & exactly what happens as a result.
