Is there a way in PowerPoint to get a filepath footer to automatically be
displayed when you create a PowerPoint presentation, without having to create
it in a text box on the slide master of the presenation?

Bob,

Would that entail going into the slide master and setting up the text box
with the "file path" script in it. Also, would that mean that I would have
to use that template for each of my subsequent presentations in order for the
filepath footer to keep showing up?

I specifically need PowerPoint to input a filepath footer as a default
setting, irrespective of any other things I might do.
