What do you mean with footert? Is this a footer (as in header and footer) or
a footnote? Are you saying that the footnote text cannot be placed at the
bottom of page. It that is the case, go and have a look in the footnote and
endnote dialogue, in the location section next to footnotes, is bottom of
the page active?
