footnote is losing its format

My foot notes 1 - 3 are fine -- footnote number 4 is not acting like a
footnote help the format is gone -- the line appears but the footnote is
formatted like the body of the memorandum Word 2003

Sounds like you need to reapply the Footnote Text style.
