I have recently generated a template for a report. This template contained 2
footnotes. However, when I generate a document from the template in order to
add information. I can alter the information, adding, deleting text etc just
as a template is supposed to work. However I am unable to add new footnotes.
Is there a reason for this and if not how do I change the settings to allow
new to add footnotes.
