for follow up >> favorite folder

Hello,
I have a question. in the favorite folder there is a "for follow up"
folder. showing those items. can I have folders for other flags. such as
documents marked for "For Your Information", etc...

Greg, yes you can. Just find the Search Folders icon down at the bottom of
the All Mail Folders pane, right-click it, and select New Search Folder...
Then define a custom search folder. Then drag it up to the Favorite Folders
pane.
