Joann: This is the error message I received when I tried to reply to your
message in this newsgroup. Do you know how to correct this? Barry

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was
'(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Re: Newsletter
Problem', Account: 'DBCC', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 [PERMFAIL] destination not valid within DNS', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Here is what I sent:
JoAnn: The printing company said i intermixed inkjet and laser copy pages
resulting in variable quality on the final prints. I think the problem is
with the Laserjet printer not with Publisher. The problem was the dot
pattern on the images. There was more space needed in between the black
dots. Thanks for your help. Barry

Correct it by posting your replies to the newsgroup
instead of attempting to reply privately. Most of the
volunteers who answer questions in these newsgroups
do not publish their private e-mail address.

JoAnn Paules [MSFT MVP]

As John stated, contacting newsgroup members personally isn't a good idea. I
know of one MVP who has a disclaimer in all of his posts that if you contact
him outside of the newsgroup, you agree to pay for his time. Some people
just hit the delete key. I've been known to answer but it all depends on how
busy I am at the moment I see the email. (I may not be an important person
with a fancy job but I do have a husband, a home, and a full-time job. Those
three things take time if you want to keep them.)

I'm glad to hear you got the problem figured out. :)
