I have a friend who works somewhere where a team has to reply to complaints
and they complaints all go to one email address and when they are sent they
all end up in the common sent folder. Is there a way to tell what employee
is handling which complaint, what progress is being made, what the
resolution was or what remains to be done and who is doing it or who did it?
It seems like this should be easy but when a friend asked me I was stumped
because I answer all my email myself so I don't have to worry about the
status of hundreds or thousands of complaints.
Is Outlook an appropriate program for their needs or should I advise them to
hire a CRM expert to work out a solution for their problems?
