Force check in for projects

Hi,
How does administrator force the check-ins of other projects, which are checked out by other team members? Is there any way to do force check-ins for the projects? Appreciate your time in answering this.

Log in to Web access as Admin, click "Admin" then "Manage enterprise features" then "check in enterprise projects". Select the project and cleck check in.

In EPM 2003 even the Project Managers can check in their projects from the project center.

Check if you have "can check in project" privilege in the security sheet.
