Force file download from a ftp server.

I am trying to create a hyperlink that will prompt the
user to save the file to their hard drive. The files are
on our internal FTP server. If I create a hyperlink it
just opens the file on the FTP server. I am using Word and
Excel documents.

put the files in a zip file and then link to it.
