force new cell

I have copied a series of bcc-d e-mail addresses from ms outlookan
pasted to a spreadsheet. Each address is seperated with ; However
all the e-mail addresses appear in one cell. Is there any way o
getting each e-mail address to occupy a different cell (in the vertica
direction)?

One way is to do text to columns, use fixed delimiter, then ultimatel
transpose the seperated addresses.

Is there another way?

thanks, cathal.

Cathal,

Do a Data>Text To Columns with a ';' delimiter, and then do a Copy
PasteSpecial Transpose
