Forced Check in Ent Resources

I'm trying to force the check-in of an enterprise user...but they don't show
up when running Force Check-in of Enterprise Objects. I can't re-activate
this user because I get the infamous 'Unknown Error..troubleshoot with
Sharepoint services.' this is a terrible bug with Project Web Access. If you
can't do a force check-in is there another way to check in a checked-out user?
