Forceful Check In issue

I am not able to Check In the projects using Forceful-Check In feature in
PWA. Whenever i use this feature, it gets stuck in the queue with status as
"Waiting to be processed". Due to this queue gets blocked. Please help.

Try This

First cancel any enqueued jobs for this project by following the steps in
this URL http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc514358(TechNet.10).aspx

Now force checking the project using the PWA/ Server Settings/Force
Check-in Enterprise Objects.
