forcing a report header on all pages

I thought this would be easy, but I seem to be stumped. Does anyone know how
I would force the report header to be displayed on all pages of a report
greater than 1 page in length?? I have tried a few different things and none
seem to work. Please send responce to [email protected] please, due to my
work firewall settings, I cannot check my hotmail.

Use a page header, not a report header.
