Forecast timesheet view

Hello All,

Working on project server 2007. Timesheet period weekly based.

Is there a way for a manager to vizualize a forecast timesheet for one
person (or a group of person) over a period of several weeks or month (with
either work related to tasks and non-project related work such as training,
vacation)?

After a little bit of search, it seems that the only possible solution is
trhe use of Data Analysis.
