Forecasting/look Aheads

I am curious to find if and how Projects can forecast dates by linking tasks
together. Here is some back ground I have 7 sites entered in Projects all
with the same tasks just different site names. We have a piling crew that we
plan to move from site to site to site when completed. I have linked this
one task (piles driven) to every other in the order they are to have the
piles driven so that projects can "forecast" when the next site is scheduled
to receive the piling crew and "forecast" the dates it will be there. Is the
correct way of forecasting? Is there an easier way then linking each site to
another site (keep in mind there are 7 sites with 18 tasks to be completed on
each site). Help please. I can't anything in any of the books I have
purchased about forecasting or looking ahead, oh and my schedule is not
resource loaded.

** Yes. You only need to link the "Pile Driving Complete Project1"
milestone Finish To Start with the "Start Pile Driving Project2" milestone
in the Project2. Then repeat 2->3, 3->4 until you get them all.
