Is it possible to have your web text display or translated into the language
of the browser being used to view it at the time?

Microsoft .NET Framework has unique features and functions to make it much
easier and more productive to develop websites that support ny language
spoken on the face of the planet. Probably even Klingon? ;-) Still, its no
walk in the park.
