i have forgotten my word document password. kindly help me
out and also send some utilities if available at the
earliest.

If the password secures opening the document then without it you have big
problems. A search on the web will find cracking tools, but they are not as
effective (or as fast) as promised. One that does work - eventually - is
linked from the favourites page of my web site.
