I have a particular Word 2002 form document with mostly
text fields, but also two check box fields. The document
has been emailed (Outlook) to me without form
protection. I find that, when I protect the form and
then check the boxes, they disappear. Also, it seems
that the boxes sometimes change color. Initially, they
were red, but when the document is sent via Outlook
email, the recipient opens the document and the check
boxes appear blue.
Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.
