Form class change in outlook client VB script?

I need to change the form class from the default to a
designed IPM.Note.XYZ
Using an Outlook VB client script.

I can do this in Exchange. But my CIT will not let me
deploy in Exchange. Now, I have to work on the client
solution.

I would appreciate any ideas.
