My form works. The data links to Access. However, the fields are mixed up
on the confirmation screen that appears after the form is submitted.
Question:
How do I get the fields on the confirmation screen to appear in the right
order?
OR do I have to create a confirmation page, and insert it into the url of
the confirmation page dialogue box?
