form confirmation page format

I have a working form, but the confirmation page does not conform to the
theme of the website (it looks fine when called directly, though).

This page does show the shared top, bottom and left borders, but does not
show the appropriate page background (that is set in the theme.

I also notice the URL in the address bar is:
http://www.mydomain.tld/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/email/email.htm

email/email.htm is the name of the page the form is on, and
/email/emailsent.htm is the name of the confirmation page (just a thank-you
page - no choice to confirm)

Then you need to edit: emailsent.htm so that it displays properly.

Yes, I tried that first (using the page properties), but because that page is
controlled by the theme (css) for the site, the settings are not adjustable.
It is supposed to take on the settings found in "../index.shtml". I tried
making it http://www.mydomain.tld/index.html, but that did not work.

I can try changing the page background within the code further, but that
would run contrary to using a theme, right?
