Form Confirmation Page

I have listed a link for the form confirmation page, but when user submits form, frontpage's default confirmation appears, with a link back to the form. When user clicks on the link back to the form, user is then directed to custom confirmation page. http://www.weismanins.com/contact.htm I have gone over everthing that I can think of, and I'm out of ideas. Thanks...

Your form html looks Ok, but most servers do not support sending mail to email addresses outside of the server (yours goes to an aol
address)
Try changing the form to just save results to a file (remove the email address) and see if you get the correct confirmation page
- if so, use your host account email address service to send the form to
