I'm working on a legacy site where I need to add entries to drop down boxes.
This seems to be a standard FP form that saves data to form_results.csv in
the _private directory.
If I change an entry in the dropdown all the data goes in the form just
fine, but I get an error when I attempt to Submit the form.
The error is Front Page Error and instructs the Webmaster to check the
Application log. This is a hosted site so that's not something I can do.
If a remove the new entry everything works fine.
The drop down is simply a list of state names so it's pretty generic.
