Form - Data recall

Hi all,

I have created a form that when populated inputs data to the next empty
cell in a sheet Called "Sunday"

What i need to do now is create a form that recalls the data by
entering a name that the form looks up in the same sheet, thus allowing
the addition of further data, here lies my problem, i have no idea of
the code for this and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions!

If you're entering a unique key into that form, you may be able to use
=vlookup() or =index(match()) to return values associated with that unique key.

How would i apply them?

Instead of designing your own form, you may find using Data|Form easier.

And if that isn't enough, John Walkenbach has an enhanced data form:
