Form doesn't retain size when re-opened in Microsoft Access 2007

I have form set for a particular size but doesn't retain size on re-open. I
have played with auto resize etc.. but no success. Is this a 2007 glitch?

I have the same problem, have you found a fix? I have tried
everything. I am using a shared database with 2000 and need the forms
to stay a fixed size.
