Form Field in FrontPage 2003

I'm creating a form to be used on our Intranet and would like to allow the
users to pick their signature (as a .bmp or .pcx) on the form and submit it
electronically to mgmt. Is there a way to make a drop down form field with
..pcx or .bmp file choices?

You can add a file upload that use a browse button. See Insert | Form | File Upload
