form field selections contingent upon other field selection?

In Front Page I would like to make the form field options in one field
contingent upon the selection in another field, i.e.:

Selection: "Hat" = Options: "Red/White", "Black/Gold"

Selection: "Denim Shirt" = Options: "Denim", "Dark Denim"

Also, how do I display only a portion of a field on the "generic" Form
Submittal Confirmation?

Using scripting and DHTML objects. Create an onchange event handler for the
Selection list you provided. This handler would determine the value of
Selection, then based upon that populate the Options list.
