I am trying to update an interpretation page for the doctors to use with our
reports.
I have it all laid out using dynamic check boxes and drop down lists, but
when the pick the comments they want and finalize the document, the one that
were not picked disappear, but I can't get the lines to then consolidate
together. It leaves blank lines in between.

I am afraid that more information is needed regarding how the document is
structured and how users interact with it.

How do the ones that were not picked "disappear" for instance?
