Form Fields Keep Shifting!

Hello.

I create FP forms with FP2003. But after checking and modifying the form,
the form fields (text field, text area, etc) two spaces is added before the
fields! Not all of them, sometimes the spaces are added before two or three
of the fields, and also the Form Name is changed back to default!

Any idea why is that happening?

There is a bug in FP 2003 that keeps adding   in form fields using FP validation
- delete them in code view and save the page from there
And if you are using FP field validation it will always rename the form
