I need to be able to create several 'groups' of these for a questionnaire. Each question will have multiple answer selections (6). I created my first group of them and set the properties according to what I read in the 'Help' menu, even assigned a 'Group Name' to them. (They are supposed to be in a group in order to only be able to select one as your answer.) I locked the form to test it, and ultimately it did not work correctly; I was able to select ALL of them!

HELP PLEASE . . . if you've ever created a form such as this, enlighten me.

Thanks . . .

The only way I know of to do what you are trying to do, is to create a Visual Basic rule.
