form filter operator

How do I add an opearator the form filter mentioned in KB147143? I am using
this form filter with success but want to add a list of operators (=, < ,<=,

etc) to the form in front of one of the combo box selections, say

<= Q305

right now i can choose Q305 and only get the result for Q305. Would like to
be able to find everyhing based on the operator or range.
