form filter

Hi.
I have two queries based on 2 tables each. I have created a form to extract
data from these queries.When I created the form I set criteria in the queries
to display the form (done to test the form). Now, I want to use a filter on
the form using a different value in the shared criteria field in both
queries. The form only displays the original criteria. I have deleted the
criteria in the queries.
My question is: How do I make the filter on the form extract what I want
from both queries?
