Form help

I'm trying to create a form in MS Word 2000 that includes
a hyperlink to a website that a user may need to access
(not always, depends on the situation).

I've inserted the hyperlink on the form but when I lock
the form, I am unable to click the hyperlink. When the
form is not locked, I can click the hyperlink and it works.

How can I create a hyperlink on a form that will work when
the form is locked?
