I am wondering is it possible for me to make a form that
when I input the information say like survey sort
of.........
if the form has options..........
so say they can choose 10 ice cream bars but can choose
more than one flavor, if i want the report chocolate,
banana, and blueberry ........... instead of checks how
would i do that. ?
