You can set the property to General, Left, Right, or Center.
You say 'when needed' but did not say when that might be. Addresses are
normally displayed aligned to the left. I do not understand your statement.
My guess would be that this is a MS Word question. This newsgroup deals with
MS Access, a database program. I understand that Microsoft's listing for the
various newsgroups can be confusing.
