form mail autorespond

Hello:

I have mail forms on web pages in FrontPage. I'd like to set this up so the
user is sent a confirmation e-mail when he/she submits the form. Could
someone tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

See if your host has an auto responder feature and use that.

Thanks for your response. I thought of that but I'd like to give it a try
myself. Is it too complicated for a simple javascript add-in?

Auto responders are part of the email server program.

It can't be done using javascript in a web page.
