Form Names????

Ok this might sound like a wird questions, well I think it
is any how but I still cant seem to get it to work.

Ok I have several forms that im using in frontpage 2003
that I need to add a form name to: eg <form
name="register_form">. Doesnt sound to hard well i didnt
think so either. Ok so I add the form name and everything
works fine in the FrontPage preview however if I preview
in IE or publish to server and preview there the form
names have gone. None Nadda Nothing....

Ok so this has just got me stumped, it seems such a simple
task and I have done to many a time before with different
web site however it just donesnt want to work with these
forms.

Any one got any ideas???

Thanks Warwick

If you are applying FP Form Field Validation, you can not change the name that FP assigns to the
form.

Warwick,

A URP for the form page might be helpful.

If you are using FP validation for your form fields, it is
possible FrontPage chose a name for your form.

As a temporary fix, you could set the subject to
Registration Form.

Great thanks for the help... I didnt have any FP
Validations on the form, however i added some and FP
assigned a name to the form. I just changed my code to
suit that name and it works now. A bit of a round about
way of doing it but hey it works..
