form not displaying in outlook

I have a form that uses vb managed code. Once submitted this form is sent to
an email data connection. Although the xml file is attached there is not
html version of the form displayed, why is this?

I have a similar problem: my infopath form 'Send to email' used to
render the form as html in the email body. Since today it only
attaches the form as an xml file attachment. Which makes it unreadable
for recipients that do not have infopath.
