Form online

Hi. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this.
I have a website which I'd like to add a page that people can enter their
details
i.e. name, profession, email address etc.
Where can I get instructions on how to do this.
I know in MS Access03 you can create a page with those fields, is this the
way to go?
Thanks
J

Depends what you want to do w/ the info
If you just want to save it in a text file in your site or have it Emailed to you you don't need a DB

If your site is hosted on a server running the FP SE, use the FP Forms handler
- Try the Forms Wizard Template under File New Page

If you need to data in a DB you can create the DB in Access or let FP create it for you
- but you do not use Access to create the form, you use either server side coding or the Database Results Wizard or the Database
Interface Wizard (see FP help on databases)
