Form problem

Hello,

I created a form in Access 2003. However all the form elements seem to
be disabled.
Then I created the same form in Access 2007. It works fine. Then I
saved it as Access 2003.
I opened it in Access 2003 and I keep having the same problem. The
form elements are disabled.
I am not able to write anything in the inputs and so I am not able to
submit anything to the database.

Does anyone knows what might be wrong?
